try a moisturizing shampoo with jojoba or shea butter. also try shampoos that have sodium laueth sulfate, not sodium or ammonium lauryl sulfate. also for soft hair u need conditioner.
u can use castor oil as a preconditioner, u put it on sit put on a plastic cap, sit under a dryer, or blowdry for 10 -15 min. then wash out with shampoo, it protects the hair from the shampoo. then condition with ur regular conditioner.
