I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for hair loss as well as for healthy hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm鈥?/a>Hair shampoo for man?
Mr Cool there are plenty of shampoos on the market that are good. Today most are PH balanced, and conditioners of all types. As long as they are PH balanced your fine. Head and Shoulders use to mean just what it says. Your hair would eventually end up on your shoulders because it was not a PH'd shampoo and it was harsher on the hair. Redkin, Jerimack and many more are now on the store shelves. (Not sure on their spelling) They use to be sold only in barber and beauty shops. You can purchase products from Sally's that they will recommend if you ask, but usually the best way is try a few products and find out for yourself. Remember you only need a nickle size spot of shampoo in the palm of your hand, and rub your hands together before you apply to your head then work it into a good lather. Other wise your applying the shampoo in one spot on top of the head. Your hair will only use as much conditioner as it needs and the rest just goes down the drain. Body hair as well as pubic hair will benefit from shampoo also leaving it clean, and shining. Bar soaps are harsh on body hair, but the new body washes are more Ph'd also. Hope this helps answer your question. Good Luck!
Try Mane and Tail Shampoo.
